Programs & Services Home Visits: Home visits are available through several programs, from a one-time informational visit to regular in-home support Parent Education & Support On-Site Education & Job Training including the operation of a Thrift Store open to the public Early Care & Education: 5 STAR Quality child care and preschool programs offered in nurturing environments at PlayWorks and Learning Partners Child Centers Early Intervention: Developmental Services for families with children with medical conditions or developmental delays provided through the Family, Infant and Toddler Program of Vermont Information & Referral: Connecting families with community resources Child Care Referral: Assisting families to find child care Community Collaboration: Working with schools, parents, community members and other agencies to help develop services to meet the needs of families with young children. |
